EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Shortly, Kayaking Costa Brava will also be offering an educational circuit (including pedagogical material) to schools. This tour allows children to learn in situ what is nomally covered in their marine biology classes.

Many factors make us believe that sea kayaking is an ideal means for learning: because it is silent, children can get closer to the surrounding fauna while appreciating the effects of the winds and waves, see with their own eyes the geological formation of the rocks, etc.

Kayaking Costa Brava is an advocate of environmental education to the children and believes that many of life's complexities can be learned, eagerly, by the child who is exposed to a stimulating environment.
